Founded in 2002, Lespri Park City has been Assisting Park City Guests and Owners from all across the world by providing a wide range of ski town lodging choices for guests and a quality property management solution for property owners. As the company grew it became apparent that a superior nightly rental brand needed to be established to meet the growing demand of a higher end clientele looking for the best lodging and management in the market. Park City Elite Properties became our Elite, Lespri -owned brand, created to enable our guests to quickly search through elite lodging options and make decisions quickly. Not every property in our nightly rental management program is listed on the Park City Elite site, and today our Park City Elite Properties has the reputation of providing only first class accommodations with first class service and amenities.

As an owner listing your property on the Park City Elite Properties site, you can rest assured that your customers have been fully vetted, deposits taken, and met with In person to ensure they understand the nuances of your home and the variety of services they have access to.

Time to Choose Lespri

Lespri Park City offers a flexible property management agreement.
We want to make sure the agreement works for you, so we offer owners a choice between a fixed annual fee and a revenue split.

  • Our fixed fee can be paid monthly or in advance. 100% of revenue received goes to the owner. Guests are responsible for departure cleans. Owners can book their own rentals should they choose in addition to our rentals. Your management fee as a percentage of revenue can drop below 10%, depending upon revenue booked with the only offsetting expense being a potential commission being paid to a third party booking agent and any immediate maintenance needs on the home.
  • Our revenue split program allows a 30/70 division with 30% paid as a management fee and 70% revenue distributed to the owner.

A 24/7 Personal House Manager who oversees the maintenance of your property, performs regular security checks, and may provides concierge services as requested for your clients and guests.



An owner specific concierge service ready to assist you with all of your Park City travel needs. From booking ski rentals to dining reservations, their job is to make sure your every vacation need is met.



A fully integrated marketing and public relations team with the sole purpose of driving revenue to your property.

Lespri Park City has a dedicated team constantly working on our online presence, SEO, along with traditional marketing on a local, national and even international level. We also travel to meet with travel wholesale companies both domestically and internationally to promote our rental properties.

You will have a dedicated house manager assigned to your property. They will ensure your property is always ready for guests, will take care of maintenance issues should they arise, and will work with our housekeeping to ensure a pleasant experience for your rental guests

Your house manager can inspect your unit pre- and post- arrival.

Our house managers utilize our proprietary house manager tablet software to streamline billing, maintenance and communication with you.


We provide a custom housekeeping service based solely on your needs, as well as your guests needs.
